Return conditions

• The return must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
• No scratches, marks, dents, damage or signs of use.
• Keep the original packaging, tags and any accessories.

A return can’t be accepted if the product has any scratch, damage or other sign of use.

How to request a return

2. Share your order number and clear photos of the product and its packaging.
3. We’ll check your request and guide you through the next steps.
